Laughter Yoga is an uplifting, interactive, playful exercise routine which eliminates stress, stimulates energy throughout the body and creates a sense of peace and well being. Learn the FUN-damentals of how to reconnect with your inner child and expand your understanding of “laughter as medicine”. No prior experience required. Anyone can do this!
